AeroRotors

StopTech has incorporated several design innovations to improve rotor airflow, cooling and heat capacity. The ability to absorb and dissipate heat is essential to brake system performance. The uniquely designed vanes inside the disc optimize airflow through the rotor. This improved directional design minimizes turbulence and flows more air than any rotor tested. Better Airflow means better cooling and less fade.

AeroRotors are available either drilled or slotted. An optional anti-corrosion gold zinc coating benefits customers who live in cold climates, where snow and road salt are commonly encountered. Zinc coating also benefits customers who prefer no visible surface rust on the vanes and outer circumference of rotors.

AeroRotor Direct Replacement Kits
(2 Piece, Floating)

These StopTech AeroRotor kits fit stock calipers. Kits include 2-piece directional floating rotors with directional billet aluminum mounting bells. (pre-assembled) 2-piece rotors allow expansion without coning. The parts are up to 8 pounds lighter than stock rotors and push up to 61% more air for better cooling and reduced fade on the track.

PowerSlot and SportStop Direct Replacement Rotors

Sportstop Direct Replacement Drilled and Slotted Rotors

PowerSlot and SportStop one-piece direct replacement rotors fit stock calipers. Drilling or slotting helps wipe away the debris that forms between the pad and the disc, adds more bite, and can help the rear brakes to match the aesthetics of a front big brake kit. The rotor finish helps prevent glazing of the pads and improves wet and dry braking performance. StopTech and PowerSlot rotors have a durable black coating on the non-swept areas of the rotor to prevent unsightly corrosion.

These direct replacement rotors are not StopTech AeroRotors. The internal vane structure is identical to stock rotors, but they are available as slotted, drilled or drilled/slotted.

PowerSlot and SportStop direct replacement 1 piece rotors are also available in Sport Brake Kits, which include street performance pads, and stainless steel braided brake lines.
